Mrs. Menninga has lived in Ottumwa for 8 years. She and her husband, Alan have 4 children named Gabbi, Gatlin, Elijah and Emery. They have been very involved with OCS over the years. Mrs. Menninga graduated from Central college and taught preschool and kindergarten prior to moving to Ottumwa. Her family attends The Bridge Church. Mrs. Menninga began teaching elementary at OCS in 2016.
